I'm a certified Level 3 personal trainer working in local parks throughout South East London.

I offer sessions at Hilly Fields, Blythe Hill, Mayow Park and surrounding areas in South East London or in your home.

What I offer

Whether you’re brand new to fitness, experienced and have specific goals or recovering from illness or injury - I can help you.

We can train together in a local park or in your home, as a group or one-to-one.

I’ll build you a tailored training plan that meets your needs, and in each session, I’ll guide and motivate you - while having a lot of fun.

Tailored training sessions include:

  • Strength training

  • Cardio / conditioning training

  • Boxing

  • Nutrition advice

Sessions can be designed as:

  • one-to-one personal training service

  • 2-person training session

  • Small group sessions for up to 4 people
